What is kefir made of?

The content of useful substances in kefir obtained by fermenting milk with Tibetan milk fungus per 100 g of product:

Carotenoids, which, upon entering the human body, become vitamin A – from 0,02 to 0,06 mg;

Vitamin A – from 0,05 to 0,13 mg (the body’s need per day is approximately 1,5–2 mg). This vitamin is necessary for the skin and mucous membranes of the whole body, as well as for the eyes. Is the prevention of cancer;
