Katerina is one of those people who switched to vegetarianism not because “I just don’t want to eat meat”, but by sheer force of will. Perhaps that is why the transition was not easy for her – in the first year she occasionally fell into cutlets, then chicken legs. But in the end, the transition to a new way of eating took place, and Katerina, who had always been partial to cooking, became interested in vegetarian cuisine. She shared the recipes on her blog and then combined them into a book.
The book “No Fish, No Meat”, which was published not so long ago by the EKSMO publishing house, combines the most successful, from Katerina’s point of view, recipes that her family and friends like. Each recipe is accompanied by a quote designed to inspire positive thinking while cooking – after all, as you know, mood and thoughts directly affect the result of culinary exploits.
This book is valuable, first of all, because it contains original recipes adapted to our Russian realities. So far, we have dealt mainly with translated recipes or adaptations of Vedic Indian cooking.
A presentation of the book “No Fish, No Meat” was held at Jagannath. We suggest you watch the video.
