Tone and Shred: the program from Jillian Michaels and trainers Tone It Up

Fitness guru Jillian Michaels and celebrity trainers karena Dawn and Katrina Scott have combined their knowledge and experience to create joint programs Tone and Shred. Three 25-minute workout includes the most effective exercises for all problem areas.

Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott are the authors of the popular youtube-channel Tone It Up. Together with Jillian Michaels, they decided to develop a complex for weight loss and body tone. The team claims that the program Tone and Shred includes everything you need to improve the female body: high intensity exercises for long dry muscle and strong muscular corset, and a little stretching. Each workout increases the heart rate and engages multiple muscle groups so you can get quick and quality results.

The program Tone and Shred includes three 25-minute workouts. Gillian, Katrina and Karen are involved in all three videos, but the main role of the teacher varies from lesson to lesson:
