soybean oil 1.5 (table spoon)

Method of preparation

Boil the spiral pasta in salted water. Cut onion into cubes, mushrooms into slices. Wash the turkey breast and cut into cubes or strips. Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add onion and mushrooms, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add cream, 150 ml chicken stock, grated cheese and 10 ml sherry. Bring to a boil and lightly boil. Put the pasta in a colander, rinse with cold water, let it drain, and then brush with 0.5 tablespoon of hot ghee. Serve with turkey, onions and mushrooms, sprinkled with herbs. Cooking time – 25 minutes. Products – 4 servings.
