Natalie Sidesurf from Austin, Texas is not just a pastry chef, she is, above all, a talented artist. And also – a brave and risky girl. Otherwise, she would not have come out with such stunning cakes with which she gained fame on the Internet.

The work that instantly drew attention to Natalie is a cake in the form of Mike Ermantraut, a character in the series Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
“The inside of the cakes is made of layers of vanilla cakes and cream of butter and Swiss meringue (meringue),” Natalie said. “After the cakes are cut into the desired shape, everything is covered with a layer of chocolate ganache, and then the modeling chocolate parts are molded.”
