The most unpleasant day of the week for women was determined

A British research agency received an order from one of the manufacturers of artificial tanning products. As part of the study, it was necessary to find out when for women the most unfavorable days, whether they depend on the day of the week.

The researchers came to an interesting conclusion. It turned out that an unfavorable day is directly related to the work week and haunts women on a weekly basis. And this day is Wednesday.

Wednesday afternoon is considered the peak point of women’s self-dissatisfaction. The fact is that on this day the tension that women experience in connection with stress at the beginning of the week reaches its peak. And also a stormy weekend makes itself felt. Indeed, according to the study, 46% of women in the UK drink alcohol on the weekend. Moreover, 37% of them consume alcohol in such quantities that they can hardly work on Monday.

Naturally, the body experiences stress, which reaches its maximum on Wednesday. The body needs to cope with Monday’s stress, lack of sleep the day before, and also remove the toxins of alcohol. Thanks to the resources of the body on Monday and Tuesday, women cope with this task. But to the environment of a woman who has both of these habits – drinking on weekends and experiencing stress at the beginning of the work week – feels tired and aged.

How to avoid stress

  • First, do not drink on the eve of the work week. Better to allow yourself alcohol on Friday or Saturday.
  • Second, get enough sleep!
  • Third, reconsider your work attitudes. It should bring joy. And if it turns out differently, motivate yourself to love Mondays. For example, take your favorite dessert to work on Mondays, play your favorite music on the player on the road. Or make yourself a tradition for every day. For example, on Mondays, do one good deed, on Tuesdays – write a creative text “on the table” or in the social network, on Wednesday – be sure to indulge yourself with a care procedure, etc.

Be healthy and happy!
