If you do not know how to enjoy life and experience happiness, it makes no sense for you to strive to achieve the heights of life.

Life does not come down to one effectiveness, just as food does not come down to calorie content alone. If we focus only on calories, then two glasses of vegetable oil would be enough for us for a day. Or one glass of vodka — according to the number of calories needed per day, the volume is sufficient.

If you eat one wholesome and high-calorie buckwheat day after day, your soul will still ask for variety — or at least a little spice. Similarly, to the correct and necessary Scale of Efficiency, you need to add something else for the soul, namely, the Scale of Joy.

For visuals, this is the Brightness of life. For kinesthetics — Deliciousness.

And most importantly, you need to take care of it, and plan and create your Joys of the Day.

How you can program yourself for joy — you already know, the evening metaphor for a cheerful morning, probably, has already naturally entered your life. And waking up and thinking about upcoming affairs, when forming a plan for the day, be sure to mark the points where your joys will certainly be. For example:
