The Hake of the Pincho de Burela celebrates its days of Exaltation

Each filtering bag Shipowners of Burela (ABSA), summons and organizes the Days of Exaltation of the Hake of the Pincho de Burela

From today Friday 14 until next November 30 32 hospitality establishments of the province of Lugo.

The days are the result of an initiative of the Shipowners represented by their association (ABSA) la Lugo Hospitality Business Association (APEHL) and the local newspaper Progress.

The objective of the conference is to help promote and promote the excellence of hake.

During those days, the associated restaurants will offer two dishes made with the star ingredient of the conference, hake on a skewer to be able to offer them to their guests.

The 1000 kg of hake that will be cooked during those days have been donated by ABSA so that the development of recipes and culinary creations does not imply an over-economic effort to the hotel and catering establishments and they can turn to the elaboration without regard.
