The benefits of natural juices

So, natural juices, let’s talk about their usefulness. Probably the most common fruit juice is apple juice. The use of apple juice helps to cleanse the body of toxins, improves kidney function, and also slows down the aging process (who knows, maybe the expression “rejuvenating apples” has a completely scientific context).

It’s worth noting that apple juice helps lower cholesterol levels and promotes weight loss. There is also an opinion that a glass of apple juice consumed daily will replace your doctor. And we will hand over the right to prove this statement in the hands of scientists.

There are restrictions on the use of apple juice for people suffering from high acidity. It is also not recommended for people with stomach ulcers.

Further, we will make a small announcement of other most popular natural fruit juices and the ratio of their usefulness and negative impact on the human body.

So, pineapple juice – well, of course, of course, you have heard about the super-ability of this juice to burn fat in a short time. Did you know that pineapple juice also improves brain activity, strengthens blood vessels, is a remedy for the prevention of stroke, the drink is also a natural antiseptic and is used to prevent colds, and this is not a complete list of the beneficial properties of pineapple juice.

But there are also disadvantages – with frequent use, the destruction of tooth enamel has been recorded, people with high acidity and gastritis are also better off refraining from using it.

Grape juice – cleanses the kidneys and liver from toxins. Contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus, gastric ulcer, heart disease.

Apricot juice – improves memory, increases efficiency, strengthens the heart muscle. Not recommended for diabetics.

Citrus juices – help in the fight against obesity, improve digestion. Contraindicated in people with high acidity. People with allergies should drink with caution.

Vegetable juices are in no way inferior in usefulness to fruit juices. But we cannot compare them either, because they are rather an addition to fruit juices, because some fruits do not contain those vitamins that vegetables contain, and vice versa. Vegetable juices help to improve the assimilation of proteins, fats, and other essential substances by the body, help to improve appetite, normalize the intestinal microflora, and are an excellent means of cleansing the body of accumulated toxins.

Now let’s say a few words about the benefits of some types of vegetable juices.

Carrot juice is useful in that it improves digestion, improves vision, and it can also help prevent cancer. Vitamin A, found in carrot juice, is the best form for absorption in the human body. It is also worth noting that carrot juice has the ability to increase the body’s resistance to infections, improves tone and immunity. And one more small but pleasant plus of carrot juice – thanks to the carotene contained in it, which causes increased production of melanin in the human body, it affects a beautiful and even shade of tan. Therefore, with the onset of the beach season, this is worth taking into account. However, people with intestinal diseases should be careful when consuming carrot juice.

Tomato juice – can be used with high cholesterol, anemia; recommended for nursing mothers. Contraindications: stomach diseases.

Cabbage juice – keeps the digestive system healthy, makes teeth and bones strong. It goes well with pineapple juice. Treats neuroses and insomnia. Not recommended for stomach ulcers.

Beetroot juice – helps to lower blood pressure, it is recommended for hypertensive patients. Rich in potassium, iron, magnesium. It is useful for constipation, insomnia and stress. Very useful during pregnancy. No specific contraindications have been identified. The exception is individual intolerance, well, excessive use.

Many diets are full of phrases about the effectiveness of fast weight loss when using natural juices. Let’s try to figure it out.

Indeed, the use of natural juices when dieting is essential. They help to provide the body with essential vitamins and minerals. But this does not mean that every day you need to absorb liters of various juices, let alone juices from packs (we will talk about juices from packs a little later). Juices should only be freshly squeezed and in certain quantities; it is recommended to drink them immediately after preparation.

Before you include any juice in your diet, you need to find out if it causes you allergic reactions and whether its regular consumption will affect the health of any of the organs or health in general. Remember, the body will experience stress during the diet anyway, and all sorts of experiments, including the use of natural juices, can negatively affect your health.

And now, as promised, a few words about the juices from the package. Before “putting” freshly squeezed juice into a bag, it is boiled down and additionally pasteurized.

Manufacturers also include various additives in the juice to improve taste and increase shelf life. And for the production of exotic types of juice, as a rule, the most common fruits are taken, for example, apples. We may upset dieters, but the juice from the packet contains a huge amount of sugar, which is by no means conducive to weight loss.

Let’s summarize all of the above. When using any of the juices, you need to know when to stop.

Be healthy!
