The first version of the story

Purpose: the tale allows you to know how the child suffered weaning.

“Once upon a time there was a sheep with her lamb. The lamb was already big and even ate grass. In the evening, his mother gave him some milk, which he loved very much. But one day the mother was left without milk and could not feed her son. What’s a lamb to do?»

Typical normal responses:

— will eat more grass;

— she will cry, then she will eat more grass;

— will go to another sheep and ask her for milk.

Answers to look out for.

— will die of hunger;

— will go to another sheep and will no longer return to her mother;

— will not pay attention to his mother, because she left him without milk;

— he will cry so much that his mother will get him milk somewhere.

The second version of the story

Purpose: allows you to find out the presence or absence of feelings of jealousy for the younger brother, who is still breastfeeding.

“Once upon a time there was a sheep with her lamb. The lamb was already big and was eating grass. In the evening, his mother gave him some milk, which he loved very much.

One day, another, very small lamb was brought to my mother, who eats only milk, because she still does not know how to eat grass. Then the mother told the older lamb that now he would have to do without milk, because she did not have enough milk for both lambs, and from that day on he would have to eat only grass. How did the lamb do?

Typical normal responses

The same as listed in the first version of the tale plus:

— She will try, eat less milk and more grass;

“At first he is naughty, but he will like the little lamb, so he will, eat only grass, etc.”

Answers to look out for

The same as in the first option plus:

— He will eat only grass, but he will be angry with the little lamb and with his mother;

— He will try to drive away the little lamb;

— Pretend to be obedient, and then sneak away a little lamb, and again be able to drink milk;

— Find another mother for a little lamb;

— He will beat a little lamb, etc.
