Static exercise for chest muscles — technique exercises:

  1. Sitting or standing bend your arms at a right angle and connect them directly in front of you at chest level, as shown in the figure. Hint: hands should be clasped, and the fingers pointing forward, perpendicular to the torso.
  2. Make an effort and push with both hands on top of each other. Start with slight pressure and slowly increase it. During exercise, breathe in a normal rhythm.
  3. Hold the hands in this position for the required amount of time.
  4. Slowly reduce the pressure.
  5. Relax and repeat.

Variations: you can change the angle of the bend of the elbows.
