– fresh tomatoes (the number of pieces must be calculated based on the number of people, if there are not too many of you, three pieces will be enough for you); – sausage (you can use any sausage, but, of course, smoked sausage will look better in this dish, however, if it is not there, boiled sausage will do); – mayonnaise (it is taken for dressing, the exact amount in grams each turns out to be different, usually one small pack is enough); – garlic (it gives the dish a unique aroma, two cloves are enough). If desired, you can add any hard cheese to the salad. But if it’s not there, it’s okay, the taste of the salad will not deteriorate without it.

Method of preparing salad with tomatoes and sausage

Cooking this salad is a pleasure, because it takes very little time to prepare it. Cut all the ingredients, namely the sausage and tomatoes, if any, and the cheese, into small slices.

If you decide to add to salad and cheese, remember that it is best to grate it on a fine grater.

Garlic can be passed through a garlic press or simply chopped finely. You can also style the salad in different ways. For example, lay it in layers: first put a layer of sausage, then brush with mayonnaise, then lay out the tomatoes and also coat with mayonnaise. Chop the garlic between layers and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Cheese is more for decoration than for flavoring. Ready salad with boiled or smoked sausage should be refrigerated for two hours, so it will be better saturated and infused. If there is no time at all, you do not need to put the salad in the refrigerator. You can also garnish the salad with tomato slices on top.
