You can make an amazing drink from black chokeberry and red mountain ash berries. They are mixed with black long tea and steeped in boiling water. This tea is very good for colds and other inflammatory processes, as well as for preventing pressure surges in hypertensive patients in bad weather.

To prepare a drink from the leaves, you need to brew 30 grams of raw materials in 500 ml of boiling water. Wait half an hour and filter.

This tea is drunk in a cup twice a day for problems with the gallbladder, liver and kidneys.

Any variant of mountain ash teas is a wonderful vitamin supplement in autumn and winter. To improve its taste, you can add a spoonful of honey to the drink.
