In height

Sitting cross-legged, back straight, hands at heart level, as if to say a prayer. We breathe out by releasing our hands. This exercise will allow us to free our breathing. Standing

Place your feet about 25 cm from a wall, lean your back flat, so that your kidneys are also in contact with the wall. We close our eyes. We stay that way for a minute. This position is very relaxing and has the advantage of being able to be done in all discretion.

Course

We adopt a good position and we think of stretching frequently, from the beginning of the pregnancy. For example: sitting down, you wedge yourself firmly at the bottom of the seat, with your feet flat on the ground. We stretch our arms above our head, hands clasped one on top of the other, palms facing the sky, as high as possible. We hold on for a few seconds and then release. We repeat the exercise frequently.

Lying on your side

It is the privileged position of relaxation for future mothers at the end of pregnancy. In addition, this posture promotes blood exchange with the baby. We choose the side where we feel best. The legs should be slightly bent, the head resting on our arm. The upper leg is raised so that the angle between the thigh and the spine is less than 90 °. For more comfort, we can place a pillow under our right knee, and another under the belly, or use a nursing pillow, ideal for supporting the neck and the knee at the same time. We close our eyes and think about nothing.

Lying on your back

This position also stimulates blood return. Lying on the floor (a pillow under the head for the comforters!), We stack cushions and we put our calves on them or, if it is low, directly on our sofa. We breathe in, and we breathe out calmly.
