Brussels sprouts 6.0 (piece)
chicken leg 200.0 (gram)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
tomato paste 1.0 (table spoon)

Method of preparation

Boil the peeled cabbage in salted water until half cooked. Remove the core with a teaspoon and put the minced meat inside. For minced meat, boil the chicken, chop finely, add eggs, tomato paste, finely chopped cabbage core and quickly fry with butter in a pan. Put the stuffed cabbage in a saucepan, add a little water, oil, close the lid and simmer. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs.
