Method of preparation

In 1,5 kg of mixed minced meat (900 grams of beef per 600 grams of pork), drive in a couple of eggs, salt and pepper. Add soaked white bread if desired. Put the minced meat on a cold damp linen towel in the form of a circle. Put the filling in the middle of this circle: coarsely chopped hard-boiled eggs (4 pieces) and sautéed onions. Then, helping ourselves with a towel, we give the minced meat a loaf shape so that the filling is completely inside. Gently transfer the minced meat to the foil and cover it loosely. We put in the oven on medium heat for 2-2,5 hours, periodically pouring over the “loaf” with the resulting juice. This dish can be used both as a second dish with a side dish, and as a cold or hot snack. In the case of a large reception of guests, the “hare” can be made very large and then the whole eggs can be put into the filling.
