Method of preparation
Cabbage, sauerkraut with whole heads, cut into noodles, squeeze from the juice, mix with crushed walnuts and grind with 2-4 cloves of garlic. Add 1 teaspoon of hop-suneli, squeezed cabbage juice, finely chopped dill and parsley (to taste) and mix.
