Method of preparation

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, add sugar and keep on fire until sugar dissolves and acquires a golden hue. Then put a layer of apple slices in it and, shaking the pan, make sure that the sugar evenly covers them. To cool the slices and so that they do not stick to your hands, you need to quickly dip each slice separately into cold boiled water. Serve immediately.
