Method of preparation
Boil the washed rice in water, add milk and cook until half cooked, salt. Cover the peeled rhubarb cut into pieces with sugar and stand for 2 hours. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, grind the yolks with sugar, mix with the cooled porridge. Beat the whites into a thick foam. Put a layer of rice porridge in a greased form, on top – rhubarb without syrup, whipped proteins, sprinkle with a mixture of a spoonful of powdered sugar and cocoa. Bake in the oven. Serve with rhubarb syrup.
