Method of preparation

The meat is boiled, then cut into 8X8 mm cubes. The sauerkraut is sorted out (washed in cold water, if it is very sour), squeezed and finely chopped. The prepared onions are finely chopped. Combine meat, cabbage and onions, season with vegetable oil and mix.
