Method of preparation

On a cupronickel dish are placed slices of biscuit soaked in syrup, on them – canned apples or pears cut into thin slices, and then balls of ice cream. Ice cream on top and on the sides is quickly covered with a layer of canned fruits, biscuit and whipped with refined powder proteins, releasing them from the pastry sack. The prepared dish is quickly baked in an oven (1-2 minutes) at a high temperature so that the egg whites are immediately browned. When you leave, the surface of the dish is sprinkled with refined powder.
