Method of preparation
Peeled oranges, pears and apples, peeled, with the seed nest removed, cut into slices. Prepared fruits and grapes (seedless) are placed in layers in a glass and poured with sauce. The sauce is prepared from a mixture of sour cream or cream, raspberry syrup, juice orange. In the ”sauce, you can add liqueur or cognac (5 g per serving).
