Method of preparation

This ancient dish should be started a day before serving. Sort the berries, remove the stalks, from apricots and cherries – seeds. Place the berries and fruits in separate plates, gradually add one spoonful of all the berries in a glass jar and cover with granulated sugar. Leave the fruit mixture in the room until the sugar dissolves, then place on ice. Serve cold straight from ice in crystal glasses.
