Method of preparation
Rub the bottom of the pan (pan) with garlic and spread out the thinly sliced garlic (1 clove), as well as the pieces of butter. Chop 8 medium potatoes and put half in the pan, season with salt and pepper, then add the remaining half, salt and pepper. Pour in beaten eggs with milk and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes in the oven.
