Method of preparation

Peeled apples and pears (with the seed nest removed), carrots and boiled potatoes, cucumbers with skin are cut into thin slices. Prepared parsley and celery root are finely chopped. Fruits, vegetables, herbs are combined and mixed with canned green peas, salt, sugar, lemon juice are added and seasoned with mayonnaise. The salad is placed in a slide and decorated with lettuce leaves, orange slices.
