Method of preparation
Take a small pineapple and cut off the cap. Cut out all the pulp. Cut it into small cubes and add shrimp, chopped parsley, mashed mango (or juice) and mayonnaise. Stir and add the resulting salad to the pineapple. Cover with a cut-off hat. Put fresh strawberries, cut into two, on three sides. Put the salad in small heaps between the strawberries.
