Method of preparation
Soak the zest of oranges in 2 liters of water, add citric acid. Let it stand for one day. Then scroll the zest through a meat grinder, add sugar and 2 liters of water. Put on low heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool, drain. Drink the drink chilled, or you can pour it hot into prepared cans and seal it with tin lids.
