Method of preparation
Grind eggs with granulated sugar and salt, add cottage cheese, soda quenched with vinegar, add flour and knead the dough. Peel the apples, remove the core, grate and mix with sugar. Cut the dough into small pieces, roll out, place the apple filling in the center and make small balls. Fry like donuts in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar as you serve.
