wheat flour, premium 2.0 (teaspoon)

cream 100.0 (gram)
bold cottage cheese 9% 500.0 (gram)
sugar 3.0 (teaspoon)
apples 1000.0 (gram)
soda 0.5 (teaspoon)
table salt 2.0 (gram)
cinnamon 2.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

For the dough, grind 3 yolks with 0,5 cups of sugar, add softened butter, sour cream, salt, soda and 2 cups of flour (the dough should not stick to your hands). Set aside the dough (you can put it in the refrigerator) and prepare the filling. Peel the apples and cut them into semicircular slices. Grind cottage cheese with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 yolk. Now we take out the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 1-2 cm (as you like), put it on a sheet, spread the cottage cheese on top, put apples on the cottage cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in the oven over medium heat for 30-40 minutes. During this time, beat 4 squirrels with 2 cups of sugar. We take out the almost finished cake, fill it with whipped meringue and put it back in the oven until fully cooked.
