Method of preparation

Bring water with 50 g of sugar and lemon zest to a boil, add the cherries and cook for 3 minutes. Separately bring milk to a boil with 20 g of sugar, salt and semolina, stir until thick, add the beaten egg and form the dumplings. Dip them in boiling cherry broth and boil for 5 minutes.
