Method of preparation

The caviar is washed without breaking the integrity of the shell. Prepared caviar together with bread pre-soaked in milk or water is ground in a meat grinder, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper are added and mixed. The mass is spread on a greased baking sheet and baked. The casserole is served with a side dish and tomato sauce. The side dish is boiled potatoes.
