Ingredients Cake “Prague”

chicken egg 4.0 (piece)
sugar 2.0 (grain glass)
condensed milk with sugar 400.0 (gram)
water 0.3 (grain glass)
wheat flour, premium 1.5 (grain glass)
cocoa powder 4.0 (table spoon)
milk cow 250.0 (gram)
butter 150.0 (gram)
soda 1.0 (teaspoon)
vinegar 1.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Dough: beat 3 eggs and 1 glass of sugar, sift flour with 1 spoon of cocoa, mix. Add water and condensed milk, then soda, slaked with vinegar. Divide the dough into 3 – 4 parts, bake each cake for 20 minutes. Cream: milk, egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 glass of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa mix and simmer until thickened, cool, add 150 grams of butter, beat (add the mass to the butter in a spoon). Smear the cakes with cream.
