Method of preparation

Indicated are the mass of cabbage rubbed with salt, the mass of boiled mushrooms and the mass of juice. Prepared cabbage is cut into strips, sprinkle with salt and grind. Prepared mushrooms are boiled until tender, cooled, cut into strips. Onions are chopped, sautéed in vegetable oil, boiled mushrooms are added and fried with onions for another 10-15 minutes. The cabbage is combined with browned onions and mushrooms, lemon juice, sugar, ground black pepper are added and mixed. The salad is placed in a slide and decorated with herbs.
