Ingredients Beetroot Salad with Nuts

beet 5.0 (piece)
sunflower oil 3.0 (table spoon)
onion 1.0 (piece)
dill 0.5 (teaspoon)
sesame seed 0.5 (teaspoon)
walnut 2.0 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater, season with salt, scalded dill seeds, add finely chopped onions, 1/2 teaspoon of pollen, fried sesame (or hemp) seeds, spices, crushed nuts, vegetable oil. Salt to taste. Mix everything, put in a salad bowl, garnish with parsley sprigs.
