vinegar 100.0 (gram)
ground red pepper 0.1 (gram)
table salt 0.7 (teaspoon)
sugar 1.0 (teaspoon)

Method of preparation

Boil unpeeled beets, frit, peel and cut into thin slices. Boil water with mustache, adding spices, salt, sugar to taste. Grate with coarse holes or scrape off the horseradish shavings. Place the beets in layers in a ceramic or glass dish, sprinkling each layer with horseradish. Pour the prepared marinade over. Store in a cool place. The salad will be ready to eat in 1-2 days.
