Method of preparation

The puff pastry is rolled out into a layer 0,5 cm thick, cut into square pieces of such a size so that an apple can be wrapped in each of them.Prepared apples (with the seed nest removed and peeled) are placed on the dough, the formed depression is filled with sugar, wrapped in an envelope in the dough, greased with an egg and baked in an oven.
