Pumpkin seeds: how to cook them at home

3. Put the dried seeds on baking sheets and place in an oven preheated to 160 ° C. Fry for 12-15 minutes, depending on their size. Be sure to stir a couple of times.

4. Mix vegetable oil and honey in equal parts in a bowl, pour boiling water (), stir. Place the hot seeds in this mixture and stir again.

 

5. Mix equal proportions of curry powder, ground cumin and ginger, add a little ground coriander and salt. Put the seeds in this mixture, stir. You can fry a little more in the oven, or simply remove from the mixture and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
