chicken egg 3.0 (piece)

Method of preparation

Grate the peeled pumpkin with fine shavings. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix butter with sugar and yolks, add grated lemon zest, cinnamon, chopped nuts, grated pumpkin, heated semolina. Add the whipped egg whites last, and lightly salt them while whisking. Put the prepared mass in a greased form, put pieces of butter on top. Bake in the oven.
