Pairing Gastronomy and Music at the PolifoniK Sound Festival

In the land of Wines, at the foothills of the Pyrenees, you will be dressed with the best gastronomy of the province, the Somontano Summer Festival 

PolifoniK Sound Festival, It is the appointment to discover an exceptional land at the beginning of summer, with its magnificent wine cellars, and above all with a local gastronomy, which perfectly accompanies modern ones indie bands, who will participate in the Barbastro Music Festival.

Wines and tapas , to the sound of national and international guitars, they will meet in the municipality of Huesca on June 26 and 27. 

With the participation of the local council and the Huesca Tourist Board (TuHuesca), and the sponsorship of Ambar, DO Somontano, and Government of Aragon,  this 8th edition of the festival is celebrated PolyphonyK Sound of Barbastro aiming:

“Bringing the outstanding gastronomy of the province and its wines to new audiences”

The stage will be in the central Plaza Julieta, and will be flanked by all the local gastronomic offer, that surround the streets of the town, where you can taste tapas or portions of the best pink salmorejo, made from a tomato and beet base, or be seduced by the exceptional and exclusive sausage from Graus pickled.

Tastings, tastings and advised sales

It will be the breaks between concerts that will surely help to live the musical experience from a much more gourmet and culinary level.

As proof of this will be the offer presented by the Gran Hotel City of Barbastro, based herring chapatas with vegetables y delicious longaniza skewers from Graus.

The performances and sessions of Tamer, Full, Jero Romero and Caleidoscopicas Dj’s, El Columpio Asesino, Delafé and Las Flores Azules, Mutant Children, Jero Romero, Pecker, Passenger, King No-One or The Luka State they will pair perfectly with the local gastronomy to merge music & food.
