The program P90

The P90 program includes 10 core and 4 bonus workouts. The complex is designed for 90 days of training, 6 times a week with one day off. The program includes 3 phases of workouts with progressive difficulty, one month on each phase. In the first phase, you will find a series of exercises “A”, in the second phase – a series of exercises “B”, in the third phase – a series of exercises “C”.

In the P90 training also demonstrates how a lightweight version of the exercise, so the lesson can be optimized for their capabilities.
