Not in his store: a giant pineapple was sold at an auction

Queensland resident Coral-Lee Kemp has grown a giant pineapple with an unusual long shape. The exotic fruit has been growing for two years and during this time has reached 35 cm in height. The fetal weight was 6,8 kg. Proud of her “brainchild”, the Australian woman posted photos of the exclusive fruit on her Instagram. “I watched this pineapple grow for months and didn’t even think it would become so big,” the woman said. – This is the first pineapple that I have ever grown, and he turned into a real monster. He has a very unusual shape. ”

During the “maturation” of the pineapple, he already had his own admirers. Interestingly, Coral-Lee has been growing giant fruits and posting them on Instagram for years.

Miss Kemp is also the head of the annual charity auction that raises money for the support of parents of stillborn children (Sands).

At this auction, an outlandish announcement was exhibited. And if its market price fluctuated around $ 15, then at this auction the fruit was sold for $ 220.
