Allergies in people are becoming more frequent

Many health protection organizations estimate almost one in three people as a possible allergy to one of the pathogens classified by the WHO. But the numbers continue to rise steadily and it is estimated that in 10 years one in two people will be allergic.

As an enlightening piece of information, we collect information from the FACE, The Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain, that approximates to 1% of the world population, within the celiac pathology and in the case of our country to about half a million people.

These are figures that show the need to attend to these pathologies do not stop increasing year after year, and not only in gluten intolerance, but also to nuts, lactose, mollusks, etc …

The causes would be the subject of an extensive debate and daily numerous hypotheses come to light that lead to the belief that the sudden popularity of allergies is due to the way we live and where we live.
