Nervous tic: how to fix it? Video
A nervous tic is a repetitive, involuntary movement of a specific muscle group. A twitching eyelid or cheek can deliver a lot of unpleasant minutes to its owner, especially since the attack can last quite a long time. Try to terminate it yourself.
There can be several reasons for the appearance of a nervous tic. A twitching eye, cheek, or lip may result from nervous tension, local inflammation due to persistent irritation, damage to the central nervous system, or a lack of magnesium. Of course, ideally, if tics bothers you regularly, you need to see a doctor, but first you can try to help yourself on your own.
How to eliminate unpleasant symptoms
Soak a clean piece of cloth in cold water. Lie comfortably, relax, and apply the compress to your chin, eyelid, or other twitching area. After the fabric has become warm due to your body temperature, soak it in cold water again and place it in the same place. You should lie with a compress for at least fifteen minutes.
If the tic recurs periodically, do this procedure three times a day.
You can get rid of teak with the help of folk remedies.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan, place over low heat and heat for ten minutes. Then let the mixture cool, strain and consume it three times a day, shortly before meals, two to three tablespoons.
If you have geranium growing on your windowsill, make a teak compress from its leaves. Grind the green leaf into a gruel and place it on the twitching part. Cover the top of the compress with a piece of linen cloth and put a warm handkerchief or terry towel. Keep the compress for an hour.
If no alternative methods help you, contact a neurologist
