Another very tasty dish for harvesting is mushrooms fried in breadcrumbs. In the process of its preparation, large mushrooms are used. They must first be peeled, cut into plates, salted, poured with eggs, and rolled in flour and grated breadcrumbs. After that, the mushrooms must be fried in oil, and hot put in jars. Depending on the volume of jars, it is necessary to sterilize them for 1-1,5 hours, cork, and cool.
