Mushroom salad with crab sticks

Preparation:

Rinse mushrooms, peel and boil in salted water with spices,

cut into small cubes.

Boil potatoes, peel and also cut into cubes. Bell pepper

cut into strips, cut the ham into cubes, chop the crab

sticks. Mix everything, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, season

vegetable oil. Garnish the finished salad with herbs and olives.
