For its preparation, you can use poultry meat and beef, but it is especially tasty and tender from pork. In combination with mushrooms, the meat becomes very fragrant, and fried vegetables give it a slight taste of honey and create a ruddy crust. Recipe for meat with mushrooms and colorful bell peppers
Ingredients:
- 500-650 g of pork (better than pulp);
- 300 g fresh bell pepper (approximately 5 pcs.);
- 300-350 g of champignons;
- 2 bulbs;
- salt, spices and sweet paprika – to taste.
In addition, you will need vegetable oil for frying.
Food preparation:
- Wash the pork, dry it and cut into large pieces;
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, dry them and, without separating the legs from the caps, cut into thin slices;
- Peel the onion, rinse under running water, cut into half rings;
- Remove the stalks from the sweet pepper, peel it from the seeds, chop it (it is recommended to take multi-colored – green, yellow and red, so that the dish turns out bright and festive).
Stages of preparation:
In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat vegetable oil in an amount of 2-3 tbsp. spoons. Put the meat in oil, add paprika and spices to your liking, salt, fry under the lid for twenty minutes.
Add prepared mushrooms and continue frying for another 10 minutes.
When the meat becomes soft and all excess moisture evaporates, you need to add the onion and sweet pepper and simmer all the ingredients together for another 7-8 minutes so that the pepper becomes soft and the onion becomes transparent and golden.

- 1 kg of beef;
- two heads of onion;
- 450 g small fresh champignons;
- three large red peppers;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- 800 ml chicken broth;
- 1 carrots;
- 5 st. spoons of pearl barley;
- salt, herbs, spices to taste.
Optionally, to enhance the taste, you can add 2 teaspoons of dried marjoram and celery root.
Preparation of ingredients:
- wash the meat, dry it, cut into medium-sized cubes;
- Peel the onion, place in cold water for 2-3 minutes, then cut into cubes;
- wash the mushrooms and cut into slices;
- wash carrots, peel, cut into cubes;
- release the pepper from the stalk and seeds, wash, cut into long slices or strips;
- rinse pearl barley and soak in hot water;
- heat the chicken broth.
Stages of preparation:
Fry the beef in melted butter until golden brown, transfer it to a plate, and send chopped onion to the pan in its place and fry it until golden brown. After the onion changes color, add the mushrooms to the pan and fry everything together until all excess liquid has evaporated. Now you need to return the beef to the pan and pour all its contents with chicken broth, mix everything well and simmer for half an hour over low heat under the lid. After this time, you need to add diced carrots, soaked pearl barley, crushed red pepper, celery to the mixture of meat, onions and vegetables and continue stewing for another half hour.
Serve meat with barley, mushrooms and sweet peppers in deep plates. The dish can be seasoned with sour cream and garnished with chopped herbs.

Ingredients:
- 500 g beef pulp;
- 250-300 g of fresh champignons;
- 250 ml whipping cream;
- onion;
- Art. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- a tablespoon of soy sauce;
- 3 clove of garlic;
- two st. spoons of strong mustard;
- salt, spices – to taste;
Cooking process:
Fry the peeled and chopped onion in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil with the addition of sugar and salt for 8-10 minutes. If it starts to burn, add 2 tbsp. spoons of water. Before the end of frying, add chopped garlic. In a separate frying pan, you need to fry the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated and add them to the onion, and in their place place the chopped meat and fry it in the remaining oil until a golden crust forms. Then the meat should be sent to the onion, add soy sauce, mustard, cream and simmer everything together over medium heat for ten minutes. Add salt and spices at the end to taste.

- 1 kg beef fillet;
- 400 g fresh and 25 g dried mushrooms;
- two bulbs;

- two art. spoons of vegetable oil;
- a couple of sprigs of thyme;

Cooking process:
Dried mushrooms must first be soaked for 30-50 minutes, then chopped and fried together with onions in vegetable oil with 50 g of butter. After the appearance of a golden color, you need to add garlic and fresh mushrooms, sliced, thyme, spices and salt, fry until the excess moisture evaporates. While the vegetables and mushrooms are stewing, you need to prepare the fillet – cut it not completely in half, unfold it like a book. When the filling is ready, you need to put it on the fillet, roll it into a roll and secure with twine. The formed roll must be fried on all sides over high heat and then placed in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-45 minutes for baking.
You can serve a baked roll with a side dish of potatoes, with cereals and any sauces for meat.
Stuffed bell pepper with meat and mushrooms
For variety and spectacular decoration of any table, all the same ingredients can be used to prepare a hearty and tasty dish – stuffed peppers with meat and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 6 large bell peppers;
- 200 g of beef and pork;
- 3 bulbs;
- 250 g fresh champignon mushrooms;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 5 st. spoons of tomato paste;
- 200 g sour cream;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper, fresh herbs.
Cooking process:
Prepare a homogeneous minced meat from beef, pork and 1 onion, salt and pepper it. Gently free the peppers from the stalks and wash all the seeds from the inside. From the remaining 2 onions and carrots, prepare a dressing. To do this, you need to peel and cut the onion into cubes, place in heated vegetable oil, when it becomes transparent, add the peeled and grated carrots and simmer for 5-8 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms, simmer for another 5 minutes, then pour in the tomato paste, diluted 1:1 with water. Prepared peppers, fill with minced meat and place vertically in a baking dish, pour the resulting dressing on top and add a little water so that they are 13 in liquid. Cover the top with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the foil 5 minutes before the end.
