Lunar diet – weight loss up to 3 kilograms in 6 days

The average daily calorie content is 768 Kcal.

This diet is periodic, i.e. its duration is fixed, but the diet must be repeated on every full moon. The ideologists of the lunar diet, not without reason, argue that you need to starve during periods when the body reacts as efficiently as possible to a decrease in the calorie content of the daily diet, and tie this period to the phases of the moon – the full moon (the diet also slightly affects the new moon).

For 24 hours after dinner before full moon (next phase will be new moon), no food is allowed. You can only drink freshly squeezed juices of fruits and vegetables (nectars – for example, banana – exclude), green tea, still and non-mineralized water. The average weight loss is 300 grams, the maximum is about one kilogram.

This diet starts 3 days before the full moon and continues until the third day of the new moon. Without restrictions, on any day you can only drink freshly squeezed juices of fruits and vegetables, green tea, still and non-mineralized water.

On the first day of the lunar diet for 6 days, you can only eat raw or steamed vegetables (do not fry) – cucumbers, zucchini, lettuce, any kind of cabbage, radishes, tomatoes, etc.

On the second day of the diet for 6 days, you can only eat fresh pineapples (not canned) – and nothing else.

All third day of the moon diet for 6 days, you can only eat boiled mushrooms (for example, champignons, porcini, etc.).

On the fourth day of the lunar diet – full moon – you can only drink freshly squeezed juices of fruits and vegetables (exclude nectars), green tea, still and non-mineralized water.

On the fifth day of the lunar diet for 6 days, you can only eat fresh pineapples (not canned) – and nothing else.

On the sixth day of the lunar diet you can only eat boiled mushrooms.

The average weight loss is 3 kg, the maximum is about 6 kilograms – diet No. 8, which is scientifically based, has similar weight loss regimes, and along the way, an intensive removal of toxins occurs due to unlimited fluid intake and the normalization of water-salt metabolism. With the transition to proper nutrition and the subsequent stabilization of weight at a normal level, there is no need to continue the lunar diet.

The advantage of the lunar diet is that the body’s metabolism is normalized along with weight loss. The diet is highly effective and short in duration (in its mechanism of action, it is similar to the gardener’s diet and to the lemon-honey diet).

The disadvantage of the lunar diet is that it must be repeated according to the lunar calendar – and in addition, this calendar does not coincide with the usual one (lunar month is 28 days). The relatively harsh lunar diet inflicts a tangible blow on the body and, taking into account the frequency, the maximum value of the diet in days should not exceed six.
