German diet – weight loss up to 18 kilograms in 7 weeks

The average daily calorie content is 1580 Kcal.

This diet is one of the longest. Moreover, this is precisely a diet, not a food system (like, for example, Elena Stoyanova’s author’s food system – Sibarit). It should be noted that the diet is relatively uneven throughout the 7 weeks – and in addition, the total weekly calorie intake decreases with each week – the last seventh week has the lowest number of calories consumed. Prohibited foods are increasing in quantity every week.

It should be noted that all ingredients in the system must be fresh. Drinking during the German diet can only be unlimited water (non-carbonated and non-mineralized – it does not exacerbate the feeling of hunger). Alcohol in any form is excluded.

Diet menu for the first week:

  • on Monday drink only water (nothing else) – up to 5 liters,
  • on the remaining days in the first week (Tuesday-Sunday) – your usual and usual diet.

German diet menu for the second week:

  • on Monday drink only water,
  • on Tuesday up to two kilograms of oranges or grapefruits (and nothing else),
  • on the remaining days in the second week (Wednesday-Sunday) – your usual and usual diet.

Diet menu for the third week:

  • on Monday drink only water,
  • on Tuesday up to two kilograms of oranges or grapefruits,
  • on Wednesday up to two kilograms of apples (and nothing else),
  • on the other days in the third week (Thursday-Sunday) – your usual and usual diet.

Menu of the German diet for the fourth week:

  • on Monday drink only water,
  • on Tuesday up to two kilograms of oranges or grapefruits,
  • on Wednesday up to two kilograms of sweet or sour apples,
  • on Thursday you can only drink freshly squeezed (non-canned) any (except for banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
  • on the remaining days in the fourth week (Friday-Sunday) – your usual and usual diet.

German diet menu for the fifth week:

  • on Monday drink only water,
  • on Tuesday up to two kilograms of oranges or grapefruits,
  • on Wednesday up to two kilograms of any apples,
  • on Thursday drink any freshly squeezed (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
  • on Friday, you can only drink one percent fat-free (and without additives – exclude yogurt and fermented baked milk) kefir,
  • on the remaining days in the fifth week (Saturday-Sunday) – your usual and usual diet (do not abuse).

Diet menu for the sixth week:

  • on Monday drink only water,
  • on Tuesday up to two kilograms of oranges or grapefruits,
  • on Wednesday up to two kilograms of any apples,
  • on Thursday drink any freshly squeezed (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
  • on Friday, you can only drink one percent fat-free (and without additives – exclude yogurt and fermented baked milk) kefir,
  • on Saturday up to a kilogram of boiled pineapple or zucchini (not canned),
  • on Sunday – your usual and usual diet (do not abuse).

Menu of the German diet for the seventh week:

  • on Monday drink only water,
  • on Tuesday up to two kilograms of oranges or grapefruits,
  • on Wednesday up to two kilograms of any apples,
  • on Thursday drink any freshly squeezed (except banana) fruit or vegetable juice,
  • on Friday, you can only drink one percent fat-free (and without additives – exclude yogurt and fermented baked milk) kefir,
  • on Saturday up to a kilogram of boiled pineapple or zucchini (not canned),
  • on Sunday you can only drink water (nothing else) – up to 5 liters.

The advantage of the German diet is that losing weight is effective – when you switch to the correct one! the diet after the diet, weight gain does not occur – there is no weight gain for a long time (the result is fixed for several years).

The disadvantage of the German diet is due to its duration – for example, it cannot be carried out during a vacation. The diet is quite tough – in some cases, a consultation with your doctor is necessary. The second clearly not expressed minus of the German diet is due to the complete prohibition of alcohol for almost two months. In some cases, this is unacceptable for a number of objective reasons (especially for men) and a diet violation is inevitable.
