For the classic poached egg, you don’t have to pour out liters of vinegar and water in an attempt to create the perfect funnel. We have a little life hack!
- Sprinkle cling film with oil, place in a container
- Break an egg into it.
- Tie a knot so that it looks like a bag, which you put in boiling water.
- The result is a beautiful, even poached egg! Enjoy!
