How to bake beets in just a few minutes

Beetroot salads are very popular, only Vinaigrette and Herring under a fur coat are worth something! But here’s the task, cooking beets for salad takes a lot of time, this root vegetable is cooked for a very long time.

However, by trial and experiment, wonderful hacks have been discovered! If you have a microwave oven, you can forget about the beets gurgling in the pan.

The first method

Wash the beets thoroughly, put in a plastic bag or baking sleeve.

 

Tie up, make a puncture in the bag.

Place the beets in the microwave for 10-15 minutes. The baking time will depend on the size of the root vegetables.

Leave the beets in the bag until they cool completely, cut. If the middle is still damp, put the halves in a bag, send them to the microwave and cook for another 5 minutes.

Wash the beets thoroughly and prick with a fork in several places.

We put it in a container that is suitable for use in a microwave oven, cover with a lid and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Let it cool, cut it, if the middle is damp, bring it to readiness for another 5 minutes.
